Terms of Use

Scope

By installing or using Poca Cam (the “App”) you agree to these terms. Apps obtained from the App Store are also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

What the App is

The App is a camera tool that runs entirely on your device. It does not provide a platform for sharing, storing or distributing images; the images you import or create exist only on your device.

Images you import and your rights

• Only import images that you own or that the rights holder has allowed you to use.
• If you import someone else’s likeness (including celebrities) or a copyrighted character, you are responsible for confirming you have the necessary rights, and you may use the result only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Posting your photos online or using them elsewhere is your own decision and responsibility.

Your content

We claim no rights in the images you import or create, and we cannot see them. You are responsible for any infringement of others’ rights arising from your use of the App.

Built-in characters

The characters included with the App are original works. You are free to use photos featuring them for personal purposes. You may not extract the character artwork itself to redistribute, sell or use commercially.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the App to:

• create images that defame or disparage others
• impersonate someone or create images that mislead people into thinking a scene is real
• create content that is unlawful or infringes others’ rights

No warranty

The App is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that floor detection, background cleanup or other results will always be accurate, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will post the update on this page and revise the effective date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
