At a glance
Poca Cam (the “App”) collects no personal data. There is no account, no analytics or advertising SDK, and camera frames and photos are never sent to a server.
Camera
The camera feed is used in real time, on your device, only to place your character in the space (floor detection, light estimation and people recognition) and to create your photo. Frames are not recorded, transmitted or stored.
Imported images
Only the images you choose in the iOS system photo picker are handed to the App; it does not access your whole photo library. All processing, such as background cleanup, happens on your device, and the results are kept only in the App’s private storage. They are deleted when you delete the App.
Saving photos
A photo is added to your photo library only when you tap Save. For this the App requests “add only” access and never reads your existing photos.
What we don’t collect
We do not collect, or share with third parties, any information — including names, email addresses, location, contacts, device identifiers or usage history. We do not track you.
This website
This website uses no cookies, analytics, external fonts or third-party scripts. Only your language choice is kept in your browser’s local storage, and you can clear it at any time. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard access logs to operate and secure the service.
Children
Because the App collects no personal data, it collects none from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the update on this page and revise the effective date.
